no tags on the food so we asked her what the dishes were.. she don’t reply !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently awful customer service. The food is usually good but the service is SO BAD.
They rush and don’t listen to you, are always out of options and they never offer a substitute, they don’t smile or ask you any questions about what you would like, just mumble and stare at you blankly.
An elderly lady next to me asked for something today that you had run out of and instead of letting her know and offering something else, the person just shook his head at her... seriously need some customer service training.

Lack of vegetarian options, when I asked to get an option they would remove the sign and shake their heads at me. The staff wouldn't answer my questions and just tried to hurry me through an order that was average. I will be getting an alternative food option from the food court and suggest anyone who has any kind of dietary requirements do the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here ever since it opened. When I moved away from palmy a few years ago it was number 1 food place I missed. I consistently make trips especially to come here. Since last visit and this have noticed a big increase in price used to be 10.90 for a medium now is 12.90, bowl sizes are smaller, not a lot of meat compared to rice ratio either. Still yummy and fresh. Today I got miso pork and a chicken dish hmm yum yum. 2 medium bowls 2 small drinks $35

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price increased, 3 portion size available s,m,large, eftpos or cash, like donburi,fill yr bowl, you choose rice or noodle, pick yr salad/vege,dressings, choose 2 meat 4 to choose from,add sauces...done
Sparingly on meat, in pic below is noodle base,miso pork and Cajun chicken, edamane beans,pickled ginger,mesclin/spinanch,shreded cabbage,cube beetroot,Japanese mayo (kewpie). Has a long Line at times,but reasonably steady pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive for the quantity of meat. Last time i got a large bowl it had way more chicken. On top of that the taste was horrendous when compared to last week. Told the staff about the quantity and the dude at the counter spole to management only to be told that is the usual amount but then did say one of them had much less. Lacking quantiy and quality controls. Mentioned to them that I wont be going there again, gonna stick to fresh bowl and noodle canteen as you get double the amount and consistint taste from the alternative vendors. Hopefully you will fix your serving control one day and quality. I had to throw away my caujin chicken as it tasted so stale.
