★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always awesome at EB games, incredibly helpful and always friendly. I like to get many pre-orders and various other games from EB games and they can be competitively priced even in the Face of digital downloads...for example, I play the Sims 4 and have received better discounts at EB Games than I've yet to see available on Origin for digital download.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing store and staff who work there. Only real complaint is that the store is very small and on a normal weekend day in the Plaza it gets very cramped inside the store. Would recommend them looking at upgrading to a bigger store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I wouldn't have any trouble with EB, but my last few visits have been on the lesser end of the scale. I waited 4 minutes and then had to ask the staff to take care of my transaction. I noticed their packaging was a little rumpled. My interaction with the staff was strained, they were more interested in whatever else they were doing, and didn't seem to engage with the customers.
