★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we had was horrific, shower coming off the wall, marks all on the roof, walls, toilet flusher broken, balcony shared with other room, and the little view we did have was covered by a bolder, plus the room was empty. Gaps of area were nothing was, stains on carpet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Away from the main area of Queenstown - about a third of the way to Frankton if you're headed in that direction. Great shuttle service for free via the hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent water pressure!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view was great but the room was tired and frankly a bit dirty. No patio furniture to sit at and no sound proofing so could hear neighbours loudly. No way a 4 1/2 star hotel. Would not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty average to be honest. Hard to find. Room was very spacious but dated and tired. No aircon, the only windows that open are in lounge so bedrooms v stuffy. Bad smell in room and a used face mask left on couch! Pretty good location and great views but shared balcony which was kind of weird as had little privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff on the Reception, excellent lake view from the apartment, well-maintained rooms and great room cleaning services. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. We were a little hesitant to visit South Island after our experience in Christchurch (in 2021) being brown skin, but visit to Queenstown was warm and welcoming. We loved it. Thank for the great experience team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing stay my partner and I had at this beautiful place. Had everything from best views, hot spa on the balcony, spacious and very close proximity to town and all our attractions. Will definitely be staying here again. Looking forward to our next trip back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View is stunning but I guess it is same for other resorts in this area. Quite poor services, obviously they are short staffed and maybe it's from lockdown, I don't know. But certainly I wasn't expecting to stay in a room without any cleaning for 3 days in a row, price is definitely too expensive for such service.
