★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view from the room - looking over Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown Golf Club. Living room and bathroom are big with a spacious balcony as well.
Faced some minor issues with a non-working safe, problematic door lock but the staff were quick to offer assistance and even let us relocate to another room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying in a room and 3 out of the 4 kitchen chairs were cracked, one of my family members sat on one of the chairs and it broke but the hotel is making us pay even though the chairs were already cracked and broken. The way they were talking to me on the phone was rude and careless, i told them how it wasn't our fault the chair broke and the person said "oh wow" in a monotone voice. I would not stay here, the service is horrible and rooms are not worth the price. I do NOT recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, the room was super spacious, service really prompt and efficient, the free parking was super convenient and undercover! Also very clean and tidy. The brilliant lake view and large balcony for such a competitive price was a real bonus. Will definitely be back!

- 5mins from town (15-20min walk)
- rooms are spacious and clean
- bed and pillows super comfy!
- awesome view of the lake
- great scenic walking track to town (check out your google map)
- wall heater so if it gets super hot no AC. We didn’t have a problem as we left our sliding door open
- easy access car park
- great 24hr wifi connection
If I had to fault anything I could say the entrance/reception can be more inviting
- Spa not available due to covid which is understandable
- guest should remember to have a mask on while walking around common areas (not fault of hotel)

_Staff was helpful and friendly.
_There was no AC so it was really unpleasant during summer visit, you can open the window to let air in but at the same time you’re also letting the road noise in as this hotel is facing a busy road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional value for money. Their rooms have balconies and a view. Easy walk into town and the bed was absolutely "divinely" comfortable. This is an older accommodation but having stayed at multiple locations in Queenstown at all accommodation levels from backpackers to 'The Spire' over the years you can't beat this one for value for money. Everyone who comes to Queenstown wants a view and a balcony and this is one of the few places that you don't have to pay to "upgrade" to get those things - and true 'walking distance' to the town centre. Hard to beat!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable clean and great location. Booked 2 adults and 2 teenagers..provided 2 dble beds which was not appropriate. Had to pay more for an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apt. Def recommend this. Much better. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Went down to Copthorne millennium for dinner..awesome view meal and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my room, bed & linen, Devine. View lovely. Easy 10 min walk downhill to town, buses stop right outside, staff are lovely & very helpful. Great view from restaurant. Cooked breakfast for $13, came to table piping hot. I would be happy to stay here again.
