With brand new wide seats, projectors and sound system. In well spaced out cinemas.
It's about the most state of the art cinema in NZ right now. Having been fully refurbished and reopened in 2021.
It's open weekends and some weekdays. Has a mix of current films. Well - as many as the movie industry bothers to release these days.
Plus some more arthouse or lesser known "film festival" type films.
School holiday sessions tend to have films on for the kids. So bear that in mind.
Good selection of ice creams, coffee, and alcoholic drinks plus pop corn and the usual cinema snack bar favourites are on offer.
The website is also good and kept up to date with current and future films and you can book tickets directly through it, or drop in and buy them the old fashioned way - in person.
