Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The volume of the film was just right and quality of colour was good. The staff were very helpful. Nice clean toilets. Over all, a nice atmosphere.

Just seen Spider-Man with 3 adults and a child. Screen was dirty, sound quality good. Not to impressed that the lid on the drink wasn’t on properly so spilled Mountain Dew all over myself. Next wasn’t impressed with the roof leaking significantly. Lastly social distancing was hardly observed only after asking someone to move over did we have 1 seat in between us but even then hardly anyone could move because there was sooo many people. Couldn’t move out of the dripping roof because there were no other seats. Told the staff as we were leaving about the leaking ceiling and they didn’t seem to care much at all. Yea not to impressed honestly.

Literally all seats are nasty. Everything covered in stains of some kind. Never saw seats were cleaned. Toilets are wild. Doors made so heavy so you can’t open it without using hands at all. The only good thing here is “cinema 4 / lounge”

Love watching movies here, definitely has the nostalgic feel whenever we go. Much better now the seats are upgraded.

Bought our tickets online to avoid the queue at the ticket kiosk only to find we had to queue to get another ticket to get into the theatre. Won't bother doing that again.... Referring to the owners response, firstly there is nothing on the ticket that says you have to report to the sales kiosk to "redeem" the ticket you've already purchased online. Secondly, we went as a group of four, and while no seats were allocated, we expected to avoid the queue and get early access to four adjacent seats. By the time we had waited in the slow moving queue to redeem our tickets, and find that the system could not even issue us tickets, we were only able to get four seats on the far left of the theatre. Yes, at Focal Point in Feilding and Palmy you do have to redeem your online ticket, but booking online allows you to reserve a seat.

Screen had a cobweb or something on it top right side - ether the backdrop or the projector had a spot on it. The popcorn was burnt and the seats where okay - on the upside counter staff where well presented and friendly and the cinema itself was clean and tidy. If the popcorn and viewing issues where sorted would give it a 4 or 5
