★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my order and paid then lady has the cheek to tel me they've run out of mini hotdogs and to pay the difference for normal ones after already processing my payment. Then I watched her drop 2 pieces of fish on the extremely grubby floor and pick it up wearing same disgusting gloves she touched everything with and place on bench to selvage rather then throw away. Will not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy,smelly shop,food grade 'B'..Monster live Crayfish and live paua in tanks on site..EXcellent chips!!the fish taste horrible,like cheap thin azZ basa fillets.it isn't as nice as it use to be,dry and well over cooked.batter recipe has changed too.The chips are done well here,the rest is just OK..the pricing is very steep,for the takeaways and everything else in the store.Seating inside and outside to eat those nice hot Chips!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on the day, the selection of seafood can be quite limited. We had to wait around ten minutes to be served at the register as there was only one staff member on site, where he was working on the deep fryer and talking on the phone at the same time. Concerning to say the least and as we were about to leave after completing our purchase a second staff member emerged from the back while on his phone - showing that staff do not care.
My review is based on a visit on the 18th of October 2021;
We left quite frustrated afterwards,
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish & chips here is nicely done and very fresh. The shop itself was surprisingly clean for a seafood shop. There’s a good variety of sashimi and other types of seafood. Great service is provided, the staff were really helpful and friendly.
