★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You hardly know it’s there, but a short walk down the little alley and....you enter a world of awe! Such a beautiful range of art and creative works! Rust, colour and clay amidst bright colourful jewellery draw you into wonder and appreciation. I recognised the names of some well known NZ artists there. Great meeting Rick who shared some information about some of his rusty works for sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family just enjoyed browsing and purchasing at this small but extremely well endowed gallery.
We totally support the comments of other reviewers in terms of the quality, uniqueness and inspiring nature of the art.
We found Rick (I think that is who we dealt with) a bit remote and unengaged at first but perhaps he was just pre-occupied thinking about his next master piece because his gallery is a treasure trove.
He warmed up a little although I don’t appreciate being asked to review a shop or business hence the 4 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great store with amazing art from the local community and even the owner himself. It was a pleasure to speak with Rick and about so many of the sculpts in the shop. It's tucked away down an alley but don't miss it. He has a keen eye on art pieces more unique than the bigger galleries around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unfortunate visit to this shop this week. I've never been before and I was quite excited to see what this place has to offer. In need a special Farewell present and with a healthy budget I was keen to see what was on offer.
Unfortunately my family and I were met by a rude older man who had a face like thunder and a demeanor to match. He snapped at my eldest in a way that was totally unwarranted. I spoke up saying that was Unnecessary and I simple got a stony glare.
I decided my money was better spent elsewhere so we left and we will not be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful artwork and ceramics on display, including works by local artists. Highly recommend visiting if you are after handcrafted gifts or a piece to display in your home. I could have stayed in the store for hours admiring all of the pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delightful experience! I followed the Yellow Brick Road, down an Alleyway, just to the right of the Warkworth Hotel. Such an interesting shop full of delightful treasures. I purchased a beautiful Paua Shell that had been dipped in Copper on the outside, so unique. this shop is great for those unusual special gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful gallery, a real pleasure to visit. Lots of gorgeous NZ Pottery & work from overseas as well. Plenty to look at & reasonably priced to take home too. Gallery owner very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Well worth the trip up to Walkworth from Auckland or if you’re in the neighbourhood.
