The owner, Marty Ashby, drove 3 hours *each way* to our place to remedy a minor issue with a replacement part we ordered from them online.
Absolutely incredible customer service.

Marty made me a new one in a couple of weeks and came and installed it for me for a very reasonable price. Can highly recommend

Gave a range of reasonable options too, if we manage to break any of our other chairs I'll ring here first. Thank you!

Furniture repairers are hard to find so we were glad to find Marty and Pete. They fixed a broken strut on a dining chair and re-glued all the other struts to make sure that the chair was solid and stable. To cap it all off, they then delivered the chair back to our house. We highly recommend them.
