The mechanic and Anna are both very helpful and committed to providing a great service. I was hearing a high pitched noise in my car when driving fast and Ewert took it out twice to diagnose and then came with me to really try and get to the bottom of it. They refused to charge me for all this time. I will definitely be going back there for any future mechanics and servicing.

When you are stuck you don't know what to do and whom to approach. I have been visiting my previous mechanic since 2006, only thing I did was to drop car keys and back home; when all was done paid and collect. When I was living in same are as my mechanic was easy and good, since I have moved permanently to North Shore I had to drive other side of bridge about 40 km for any issues with my car and most time had to leave and collect are few days when it was done. Lately things has become difficult if we get busy, need to get small or urgent things need to be done on spot, due to COVID-19 restriction with drive plus facility - so one word all jammed and blocked and we screwed. I was mentioned about "Parkway Motors" operated by Evert and Anna by my contact and client who had used them for their need. Always I thought will approach "Parkway Motors" one day for my needs but never happend. Just few weeks ago when I wake up in morning was ready to drive my car noticed that wiper was not working, which had motor changed plus repaired about year ago on recent WOF was passed with no issues. I was just mad with all this scenario, then called my old mechanic who mentioned will need to bring and leave for diagnostic and repair, called around randomly nearby same story to leave for diagnostic and repair - as I needed urgent help was not in favor. Then I just drive to "Parkway Motors" operated by Evert and Anna which was less then KM from my place, who were busy but happy to help as can, I had two option book time to get diagnosed and repair as per connivance plus provided courtesy car if needed or to leave car for few hours and when Evert would be free between his job will have look then suggest per finding, advice me plus get it repaired. As Evert was busy I felt will give him time to do his booked work, so I made time with Anna for next day. When I was driving suddenly there was rain, that made me nervous, so I called plus spoke to Anna who was happy to leave my car for look and suggest. I took my car and parked at "Parkway Motors" in spite Evert was busy had glance and suggested that old motor was of bad quality and need to be replace, not only that he also call supplier got quote and asked for deliver ASAP. When I went back I had all information about issues, cost for part, option to get fixed in few hours - so I approved and took courtesy car as I need to see my booked client. After maybe 2.5 hours I received text that my car is fixed and can collect before end of day, I called Anna and mentioned thanks for all help as I am still with my clients will come and collect before they close for the day. After my appointments were done, went to "Parkway Motors" paid as needed thanked Evert and Anna for their great customer service and help. From this instant I will be using "Parkway Motors" operated by Evert and Anna, I personally will refer all my personal contacts as well people I know to "Parkway Motors" operated by Evert and Anna. Wish you all best for your hard work, also hope that you achieve your all goals and most keep it up way you have been doing plus desire to setup your planned and future.

I am someone who usually never writes reviews but I was so impressed with this place! Had the best experience with the whole team at Parkway Motors!! Initially went to them for a pre-purchase inspection and the mechanic really took the time to explain the following report, which I was very grateful for as a nervous buyer. Came back for some needed mechanic work and WOF. Ewert is genuine, honest, and clearly a professional. Great service and reasonable prices. Excellent service. Evert dropped what he was doing to replace a troublesome battery for me and fix a rear light. He was so helpful and willing to help. So lucky to have such a good service station so close to home. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
