Staff were found to be very abrupt and rude.
Both nights while being very quite and just sitting outside with a drink and a book, we were told there was a 10pm curfew and people staying must be in bed, didn't appreciate the rudeness of this and being told when to be in bed.
Otherwise a very nice location and site condition. Lots to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite campground in NZ so far. Everything here is perfect, from the beautifully designed and sparkling facilities to the spacious and fabulous grounds. Excellent and helpful hosts, great fishing and the beach right beside the camp. It looks like a wonderful place for families, with the pool and playground, but also great spots for vans and motor homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 5 nights here. We just love this campground and the kids club was brilliant. Small, heaps to do and we hired kayaks and paddle boards this time which the kids loved. Low key and lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here once or twice a year. We started in the 1990's bringing our kids here. Everything about this camp is 5 star.
Todd & Nola and staff are accomodating & friendly.
The facilities are spotlessly clean and the sites are great. The beach is amazing. We will continue to come here as long as we can. Thanks team.
