★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stuff including some beautiful fresh bread. However during summer its next to impossible to get what you want if you turn up after noon. Have tried multiple times to buy some bread there recently but its sold out every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened to the pies? This place used to make fantastic artisan style pies. Large pies, and lovely flaky pastry.
Now it feels commercial. The pies are smaller, the pastry isn’t much better than a Big Ben.
To top it off, my steak and cheese had almost no cheese, my partner’s steak and mushroom had almost no mushroom. And both pies had a couple peas in it?? And my partner had one giant tough peace of steak… I don’t usually post harsh reviews but it’s in their best interest to read this.
