★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was confusing where we were to go to order coffee and food. I saw a couple approach the coffee window and they were told to go inside to order. They naturally went in the door next to the coffee machine. When they got inside another lady said "are the signs not big enough for you, you just came in the exit". The couple were embarrassed in front of everyone!
The coffee was okay, the muffins were not fresh.

The coffee is very good, the food is amazing (the pies are probably in the top 2 in my scale of quality and taste) and the place is run with the professionalism you don't normally see in a small bakery. I always make a point of going here as I'm never disappointed. Well done and I like forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooo pies! Reasonable range of food, nice setting, and quick and friendly service on one of the busiest tourist days of the year. And of course in the modern era we need to mention the fact that they had good Covid safety protocols in place when we visited. This doesn't matter as much to me as the pie did, though. It was a good pie. I was hungry.
