★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a house through bookabach that was managed by Omaha Holiday Homes that was misrepresented, was dirty and definitely not the luxury bach it was listed as. The property manager Nicola wouldn't answer her phone during the weekend even though the website states 24 hour concierge and would not meet us at the house when we wanted to show her the state of the place. Very bad customer service.
