★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my phone in yesterday to get my camera fixed (the glass lense is smashed). The guy looked at it and also checked to see if the camera still worked (it does). He said they don't have a lense which would take 5 working days to order, but for $50 more he can replace the whole camera. I wanted it done on the day, so i agreed. 3 hours later I turn up and the phone is in the exact same condition. They guy just said "oh well I had your phone so I couldn't get a hold of you to tell you.' He said that after speaking with his technician they would need to fix the lense and the camera as there was dots on the photo (interesting how he missed it when checking the phone initially). As I was a little confused, I kept questioning what he was saying because it didn't make sense to me, but he just kept repeating himelf using the same words. He showed no remorse for the fact that I had wasted 3 hours of my day, not even an apology. Don't waste your time going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there! most useless and irresponsible place to get ur phone fixed went to get a battery replacement and they completely broke my phone face id couldn’t touch top half of my phone ETC they weren’t apologetic what so ever, I had to send my phone to Auckland which took almost two weeks, again got my phone back and Face ID was still broken so I had to send it back to Auckland again to get a whole new mother board which took a week
Got it back and my battery was not 100% also it doesn’t show my battery cause it’s a faulty battery, save urself and ur money and go somewhere else! Also refused to give refund
