About Omnicare
I am a gynaecologist trained in minimal access surgery. My interest areas include endometriosis/adenomyosis and pelvic pain. I underwent specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Auckland region and completed a fellowship for further training in minimal access surgery at St Vincent’s Hospitals in Sydney. I returned home to Auckland in 2018 and completed a year as Chief Resident/Gynaecology fellow at National Women’s Hospital, focussing on my interest areas.
In addition to my role at Omnicare, I am a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Middlemore Hospital. At Middlemore I have a particular interest in minimally invasive surgical approaches in the bariatric population group, including laparoscopic hysterectomy. I am competent in all aspects of general gynaecology including colposcopy and outpatient hysteroscopy. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring of future specialists and currently hold the O&G house officer supervision and teaching lead role at Middlemore. I am fluent in Korean, having spent my early years there before my family made New Zealand our permanent home more than 20 years ago.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and exploring a variety of cultures and cuisines. I am an amateur sourdough baker with a starter named “Brad”. Running and Pilates keep me energised and our Spoodle son Yogi keeps my husband and I on our toes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should change their name to: "We won't care about your health, just your money" The staff members are so unhelpful, won't listen, and only want to dismiss you off. They also gives wrong advices.
Unless you really have to go with them, I would suggest you to find any other practice.
On the upside, they do have parking for clients/patients.

She has treated me with great respect and has always reassured me of a positive outcome after my operation. I can't thank her enough. I would also like to thank anaesthetist Dr Era Soukhin for all her work. She also has been of great assistance and has at all times kept me informed of the process and given me confidence in the outcome we all wanted.
Also a thank you to Maggy who has been very attentive and who has been communicating promptly to organize matters related to my stay.
It has been a great experience being looked after by a highly professional team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse was amazing but I was left in a great deal of pain and offered only oral pain killers for relief (which I threw up anyway). Also they don't call you with concerning results, only email and post (my letter never showed up)

Was told by receptionist that this is not for "entertainment factor" or "social gathering" and sonographer doesn't like extra people in the room when asked if we could have a small group of family members present. When I said she was being rude for saying that, she said I should go elsewhere. Horizon radiology is better with their sonographers/receptionists being warm and friendly. Don't waste money/time for bad service with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and care at Omnicare has been amazing! After a long road with putting up with my issues I decided to finally see a professional and met with Lisa Meyer. She was so friendly and helpful, happy to explain the human body and my issues in depth. After my surgery I was put under the care of Sally Pritchard for physiotherapy, and again I had a great experience with her. My journey with Omnicare lasted for approx 5 months I think, and I was always excited to go knowing I was getting a step closer to recovery each time. Southern Cross were also amazing and I felt a huge level of respect from them concerning my body.
