My wife asked me to pick up the shower stool, unknown to me, there was confirmation paper work that hadn't arrived, the receptionist and store person were truly helpful.
So I explained to woman, my wife was informed by her visiting district nurse - where to collect the shower stool.
So I thanked both woman and headed back to the car, as I entered the carpark, the store person called out - she realised that there are delays with orders and the district nurse may not have placed the request in as of yet.
So to my amazement, she handed me a shower stool, I then explained, "I don't have the paper work!
And in the event paper work never arrives?
She replied - it's ok, when you guys are finished with it, just drop it off here...
I close with this...we're very lucky here in Hamilton, and a huge thank you to the equipment receptionist and store person - my wife totally appreciates the shower stool, it's a relief for her not having to struggle when bathing - again thank you team!
