★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier driver can buy expensive house. But very poor service. Been waiting for my parcel about 9 days inside nz, I rang the depot they say will ring me back.
I wait until closing hours no reply. I will make sure before i buy next time i will ask them which courier company they are with. And if its nz courier i will not buy.. better to go straight to the shop than relying on couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never use you's as your service is the worst I have ever had with couriers and as for your drivers they need to learn to obey the law and not put your customers at risk. You also need to learn not to lose peoples parcels especially when they are medical supplys for patients......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this courier company if you ever want to get your mail. I had the unfortunate experience of having some online orders sent via New Zealand Couriers between January and March this year. Out of 4 orders - two were lost in transit, one eventually turned up with an empty and damaged box, one lost forever. Another package arrived damaged. They were also the New Zealand carrier for an international parcel I got sent to me... the parcel was lost as soon as it was in the hands of NZ Couriers. DO NOT use this company, they can't be trusted to deliver your mail and online orders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USELESS ABSOLUTELY USELESS SERVICE! I have an expensive phone that needed to be delivered and the driver reckons that they tried to deliver it yesterday but to no availability. 2 people were home and a card wasn't even left. Tried to see if I could pick it up but can't even do that because I have no card! I hardly ever leave reviews for couriers, but New Zealand Couriers are by far the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from NZ Couriers. Been waiting 3 weeks for a package to come from Auckland to Hamilton, still hasn’t turned up. Meanwhile I’ve had packages from the other side of the world turn up in far shorter time frames. All the other courier companies seem to be doing their job just fine, but these guys have really dropped the ball. Only reason I gave 1 star is because you can’t give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgent Couriers were given my work address to deliver flowers. I had left work for the day when they got there. So they called me and delivered to my home address 40kms away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What has happened to my parcel?. Its says it has been in the Albany depot since March the 17th. I emailed the tracking sevice to no avail. No reply. Are items being stolen at the depot?
I know 2 other people who's items have been at the depot for over a month. Its impossible to contact anyone. Appalling.
