A history of innovation
Post Haste has been looking after New Zealand's courier needs for over 40 years now, beginning as Armourguard Security way back in 1977. We were one of the first courier companies to blaze a trail in New Zealand, and have been innovating since the 1970s. Since then, so much has changed, yet at our heart we remain the same – a Kiwi business with strong Kiwi values of doing it right by our customers.
The brand
In 2020 we made the decision to re-fresh the brand logo in an effort to not only refresh the image but to refresh our business attitude by investment in our customers, operations and innovation technology that supports both.
It is important that our brand reflects the major factors that influence our business and the pathway that has been created to achieve our goals.
The fern, an iconic symbol that represents our commitment to New Zealand business and the people that grow them. At Post Haste this two-tone fern with its soft edges is a reflection of our business approach. Kiwi centric, based on the strength of relationships between our customers and ourselves and the road we travel together.

β β β β β Really really slow they deliver my courier to someone else house didnβt get my courier yet really upset such a bad courier company. When I complained in there hamilton office then the lady said go and ask from your neighbours maybe they got your parcel.

β β β β β Unfortunately i've had the displeasure of having a parcel go through PostHaste once again, not sure why companies still use these guys, I've not yet had even one good experience, parcels either arrive weeks late or get lost altogether.
If you know ahead of time that your item will be sent through PH then either find your item elsewhere or pay extra and ask for it to be sent with NZPost as they seem to have the most reliable tracking from what i've seen. Dealing with PH in person and over the phone (if they pickup) is just as bad, so don't count on that either..

β β β β β Useless courier company. Had a parcel undelivered because one of three access ways to my road had roadworks. I had to call them to figure it out. Really? Yes, I really had to call them and tell them to use a road map. And it'll be 24 to 48 hours to have the package redirected. FN USELESS.

β β β β β Post has been in transit for just less than 2 weeks and finally arrived today without any warning even tho I turned on updates and I understand that there is a shortage of workers but this is ridiculous. I bought something for my dad's birthday which is nearly 2 weeks a go now. About a week in, I called the branch and after sitting though all their announcements, all they did was ask for my tracking number. I called them to talk about a problem, not where it is. It would be good if they had bothered putting in the start of their announcements that you need your tracking number ready instead of waiting on hold for a good 30 mins and then sit through that. Not happy with my post haste experience

β β β β β Moved to Post Haste as Aramex had used up all nine lives and then some. So far Post Haste has been great with pickups on time and delivery being super quick. I have nothing but praise for them. Professional is the word I use to describe them.

β β β β β Really disappointed by the service with this company. We paid for signature on delivery, but the courier driver decided to leave on the front door and the parcel got stolen/went missing.... Then, when we tried to lodge a claim they said we could not because "we did not lodge within 14 days".... Well we did not want to lodge too soon as we were hoping the parcel would turn up. Overall terrible service, not transparent at all, very difficult to deal with, I would not recommend using Post Haste in Hamilton or anywhere in NZ.

β β β β β Friendly service for picking up parcels/mail at the office. Although have experienced slow delivery times and packages being lost causing further delays. Communication via phone is alright to check status as long as you call your local branch.
