★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dis organised company, that messed me around and made every job more difficult then need be. The recruiters were nice and easy to deal with, However Steve was rude on the phone and highly unprofessional to deal with. Would not recommend dealing this this branch of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are rude and condescending towards clients. Very unprofessional. Didn't provide full PPE gear. Yelled down the phone at client when he was sick/had seriously injured his back at work. Called client a couple of days latter to have 3 separate staff members yell at him to get back to work, even with the injury and a medical note stating not to do any heavy lifting. Blamed client for ruining their name because he had to take time off to recover from his injury. Highly unprofessional and would NEVER recommend to anyone searching for work or for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started working for OneStaff back in early 2019 (Very first time I started work officially) and ever since then, I have mainly worked with Higgins (Feilding yard mostly) more than any of the other companies I've worked with and honestly, I have really enjoyed doing piloting the most throughout all of my work with Higgins. Not just that, but I have enjoyed turning up to work because of some the foremans I have really enjoyed working with at Higgins, who have unfortunately left about half a year ago now.
The other important information I wanted to say is to say thank you to Tessa and the rest of the OneStaff team (Jack, Ella, Jay, etc...) for being really helpful and understanding of me, especially when I rarely have had to turn down a few days worth of work such as for example when I should not have eaten that expired apricot slice during St. Patrick's this year which did cost me a couple of days worth of work and I still feal really sorry about that.
Other than that, I just would like to conclude with this review that the job I have felt the most honored to have done was when I was doing a special TC job on State Highway 54 during the middle of last year on Camerons Line/Waughs Road junction because I got to see alot of KiwiRail train services drive past me (And giving me a train toot sometimes) while road upgrades were happening outside Taonui School and I can say this is one job I will be feal forever grateful for to have done in my time with OneStaff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a job since November and could only get casual ones until Jack Green found me the right fit and I am happy with my current job at a stable company. It's so difficult to find any job these days and One staff really cares about you and your future. They offer you support and look after you if you have some other issues like your car and such. So, I highly recommend them and in the future if G forbid something terrible happened again I will stick to those genuine guys. Thanks One Staff and keep on going n helping people like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent is very helpful and informative that made it easy to communicate back a forwards for the assignment and fast turnover within two days of me applying for a position that was advertised I was contacted and was able to start immediately the following week. She also made it comfortable to be able to contact her for any questions or request without hesitation to answer or complete and following up visits. Absolutely fantastic service thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have enjoyed and had nothing but positive interactions with Onestaff since I registered. I have since Christmas been in 2 short term temporary contracts involving site administration. Each contract has been extended and I have only had 3 weeks with no work in this time. I have found them professional, easy to talk to. They obtain the answers to questions I have asked promptly. They also continue to follow up and check how things are going while you are under contract. I think they match people well with the roles, and if you want to push yourself a bit further and learn also seek relevant roles for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team in our Palmerston North office.
