★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my ex partner took our 2 year old daughter to get a "fringe cut" however when she came back to me her fringe was halfway up her forehead, uneven and boxy. went in to complain and ask them to remedy with either a fix up or a refund and got met with absolute hostility and the hairdressers story of what they did to her hair kept changing. NOT HAPPY! they butchered my daughters hair and gave her a mullet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a cut they had 50 minutes before close, the hairdresser was very curt and blunt looking at the clock. She said yes, when i asked for it to be straightened and trimmed, she was very bluntly said no, i have curly but thin hair, . I left but went back to question as to why she couldn't do it in 50 min, she was talking to the other girls out the back and asking who told me to go in, i herd her and said no one did i looked at there website,. I dont think it have been such a piss of if she wasnt so bloody rude. I went back past 40 min later and they were doing there own hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get quite a large chunk cut off my hair and I asked to have it slightly layered at the bottom to look delicate and softly cut to frame my face. It looked great until I got home, washed and blow dried it to find out that the whole top layer of my hair is hugely shorter than the under layers and seems to have been cut at odd angles as well. I have tried to straighten it to fix it with not very good results. I wish I could include a picture to show how terrible it is. Not happy at all and will never go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't spend time on working on the hair, they didn't even check to see if my hair was even at the end of hair cut, so I ended up with lots of uneven hair which I had to make right at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just want your money and to get you out of the seat as soon as possible. Dont recommend if you want a quality cut and someone to listen to you before chopping your hair off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience! Came out crying because of how badly they butchered my sons hair. We had someone before and they were absolutely lovely whereas today went in for a trim of the back, told under no circumstances to cut the front which we’d been growing out and she cut the whole entire front of his hair off and now looks like a bowl cut. Did not listen and told me ‘it’s hair it’ll grow back’ and that the ‘hair needed to come off’ anyway.
