About Workbridge – Palmerston North
The bridge symbolises not only a connection of two sides, employer and employee, but also the solution to a situation.
The bridge is constructed of two interlocking arches representing the two sides coming together with the section of overlap representing Workbridge’s contribution of bringing together and developing the bond between the two sides.
Each arch is made of three arced lines – employers, employees and Workbridge.
The stylised Koru design at the centre of the arches indicate growth and development and stand for Workbridge’s commitment as a bicultural organisation.
