β β β β β This may be the best, professional and honest service I have ever received from any IT repair services. I mistakenly used wrong charger for my laptop and had urgent work to be done while in Rotorua. R and her team not only attended this urgently but also given me their power supply cord for work, honestly telling me that it was only power supply issue, charged very reasonable fee and when I told them that I found my own charger/power supply, they have refunded the charges for power supply they had ordered for me. Cannot expect more excellence in customer and technical services. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Honestly I probably should give a worse star, but they were so nice people, that I don't want to give a too bad feedback for them, as probably there are many issues they are able to identify and resolve.
I brought my laptop to them as it was 1, not charging 2, was extremely slow. They were trying to figure out the problem for 3 days, but then they admitted that they would not be able to diagnose it until I leave the town, so they gave it back and I didn't have to pay for their time. As I work remotely, I lost a week of work and money though, which is quite disappointing, given the fact that when I brought it to another IT guy, he opened it up and identified the issue in 10 minutes, repaired it in 45. A part of the charge circuit was burnt, so had to repair that, and the memory was too old, out of 8GB just 1GB was working, so had to put new RAM in it.
They managed to change my operating system's language though (as it was in Hungarian), which is not an issue for me, but I find it quite unprofessional. I understand Hungarian is not a commonly known language, but me, with minimal IT support background and many years of using Windows can find my way around any windows system as long as it uses Latin alphabet and I do expect the same from anyone repairing computers.
