β β β β β Not happy with this place at all. my phone has been repaired twice due to the screen being faulty. They then fixed it and it was not fixed as I still had the screen going green I then left it as it was not bad. Then after 2 months of getting it back I had the same issue to where the screen was flickering, going green, screen would turn off and not come back on till ten mins later and the contrast was going high and low . I had asked for a store credit as I was no longer happy with the phone and said do not fix the phone. the phone has been fixed as they say. they did not listen to a single word I said. I am not happy with this service at all.

β β β β β I love Oppo but they need to upgrade the webpage asap. I have booked Walk-in Repair service and got the appointment at 9am, with Reference no. and all the details. When I showed up the shop was CLOSE, THEY DONT EVEN WORK ON SATURDAY. I lost 2 hours for nothing!

β β β β β Thanks OPPO New Zealand for an awesome customer experience. From A-Z this was by far the friendliest communication and the prompt delivery was such a refreshing surprise. My item was clearly labeled, impeccably clean and well packaged to keep it safe from breakage. An extremely professional service. Very highly recommended AAA+++

β β β β β These phones are a waste of money my daughter has purchased two and the speakers play up on both a complete waste of money, she has four small children and is pregnant with number five so a reliable phone is essential . Would not recommend oppo at all

β β β β β Oppo Find X3 Pro
I recently purchased an Oppo Find X3 Pro plus accessories.
Previously a Windows Phone user this is my first Android experience.
The phone is used personally and for business hence needs to integrate with Microsoft Office 365 and Onedrive as well as Outlook email.
I confess to initially being disillusioned with my inability to understand Android and the Android interface with an Oppo Find X3 Pro.
For help I reached out to the local Auckland office of Oppo NZ.
Wow β¦.. customer service above and beyond expectations!
After providing information re my challenges the After Sales Manager met with me and spent time explaining and resolving my issues.
An invitation remains open to seek further assistance if required at any time.
The phone itself is highly rated internationally and coupled with such outstanding local Customer Service one now feels fortunate to have made the choice to purchase Oppo.
Well done Oppo New Zealand!

β β β β β If I could give no stars, that's what they'd get. Received faulty ear buds two weeks after paying for them. Returned them by "overnight post" December 31, received email from Oppo saying they got them January 14. Have been trying since to get repair status. Generic email responses, looping telephone enquiries. It seems like a scam ran from offshore.

β β β β β My 15-months old Oppo's screen went black. After several days of looking into what's what with some local (Tauranga) retailers (i.e. Noel Leeming) and smartphone repair service centers, the friendly but unconvincing information led me to contact Oppo's service center in Auckland.
I received immediate, friendly, accommodating, complete and apt information. Repair was done for just over half the price of a new (A91) phone, which is significantly less expensive than doing it through the above mentioned alternatives (who claimed extra costs which are NOT claimed by Oppo, though they insinuated it).
The phone was diagnosed instantly and fixed in less than 45 minutes after dropping it off at Oppo's service center in Auckland. Only payed for the part. Big shout out to Dane, who was beyond friendly and accommodating.
The only slight downside, I would say, is the lack of warranty due to stated "water damage" (reportedly, difficult to verify), which was very surprising. And of course, the fact that I had to go to Auckland for it (to get priority,) to get it fixed faster. Made it into a getaway. Either way, cut out the middle man, straight to Dane at Oppo service center!

β β β β β Sad to say, we have bought 2 oppo phones and neither are particularly good. It's the specs to price ratio that attracted us to the phones. Both phones are by no means as refined as they could be and on one the Bluetooth barely works, either unable to find and/or connect with any other device or constantly disconnecting without warning. We have sent it away to be fixed but the problem still persists.
A real shame as the phones look great on paper.
