They should realize people have places to be and things to do what's the point of paying for a membership if you going to have to wait for three hours I hope these guys can get better service or they are going to go out of business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a member of th AA but never again. Over the past 3 years have use their Auto Centers for servicing and repairs in Auckland. Lousy customer service and overcharged. In making a complaint I gave my details to various Customer Service Reps - told someone from head office or who deals with complaints would contact me. This is rubbish, no gets back to you. I put the complaint in writing - 6 months later NO reply. Would think twice about becomimg a member.
