We were on tight timeframes that he helped us work to, even when it meant late nights for him. That effort and dedication helped us get an edge against other buyers for one property in particular which has ultimately resulted in us securing a win at auction, for our very first home. Thank you for your great services with such a short notice,
We really needed a valuation within 5 days and send it to our bank for getting a finance.
It was just before Xmas and the craziest time of year,
but your were always calmly but friendly communicated with us, although we were a little panicked.
The valuation report was so great that we couldn't imagin how you'd done over 50 pages of report in one night,,
Anyway, we should be able to buy that house soon,
And we would not be able to buy it without your great services.
