β β β β β This place isn't fun to visit, the security guards loom over all visitors in a most unfriendly way, I honestly don't understand how anyone feels comfortable when the have to go here. Overall the offices are tidy and the staff are cold. If you can avoid going here I would, in sure even the staff feel like this.

β β β β β I wouldn't trust these people with a pet goldfish, let alone a child. Appalling situation where a representative of this agency completely fell for the tales of a domestic abuser who has repeatedly demonstrated symptoms of malignant narcissism. It was an older lady, affiliated to this agency, who is probably not quite up to speed with more current studies regarding narcissism and abuse. She came across as outwardly discriminatory, limited in her awareness of the world and repeatedly cut me off when I was trying to speak. As an educated female coming forward about violence in the home, I now have zero faith that this agency is able, and competent, to holistically and transparently support the legal process of handling violence on children and women. I am absolutely disgusted and let down by this department. They have been a complete waste of time - try other avenues.

β β β β β Aweful God forsaken demon people who interfered with me and my wife's mental health, mental health team, my daughters grandmother's, to the point we were repeatingly triggered into finally being thrown in mental hospital (and they are just as aweful too) so they could take our precious one year old genius daughter who is very gifted (like her parents) and bar her from our lives because me and my wife had a few stupid arguments (usually after OTs involvement). Our daughter was always happy, even in bad times. Now OT is saying she's mentally ill, probably because OT TRAUMATISED HER!!!
