β β β β β It's definitely one of the nicer cafes around around town providing damn good food that tastes and looks equally as good. Try the beef hash, it's hella good. Bit of a random setup with rooms all over the place, would love to see this relocate to a more suitable location apart from that...recommend?

β β β β β Very nice and busy place, be sure you have a booking before to go. Varied menu with vegan and GF options.
my breakfast very delicious, at first I thought it was too small but in the end I was satisfied. It had almost no salt but the taste was good. good service and wonderful atmosphere.

β β β β β Nothing short of unreal. The place was packed so we expected the food to take a lot longer than it did. Staff were nice and friendly, and you could not fault the food! 5 stars is not enough! Hands down the best cafe weβve been to in Christchurch so far.

β β β β β Great coffee, plenty of parking close by. The cinnamon scone was delicious. Lots of interesting things to look at. Was a quick stop but keen to go back again.

β β β β β Some of the yummiest lunch I've had in Christchurch. They can get busy so be sure to call ahead!
Beef hash was very yummy, 5 stars!
The tomato dish was so-so in flavor, but was well presented and complimented the beef-hash well. 3/5 stars.

β β β β β Trendy brunch place with a cozy atmosphere that is a combination of rustic, contemporary, and completely homey. Unfortunately such a bustling restaurant tends to be loud and with the popularity the service is on the slow side but never lacking in courtesy. I enjoyed my smoothie very much but was a little disappointed in the beef cheek hash. It was well-prepared and beautifully presented but the flavor was a little flat and could have benefitted from a heavier hand with the seasoning. Although I didn't try it the french toast looked like a work of art and even though I am notnusually a fan of a sweet breakfast I think I might order that the next time around. But on the whole the food was good, the atmosphere was charming, the service was good (when you favor in how busy they were). I would definitely give it another try and wasn't unhappy.

β β β β β I went to Hello Sunday with a friend this morning for brunch. I chose it because I had been for a few years and they don't have the typical menu. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend especially if you like to try something different. They also now have more space, which was an issue in the past. Well done Hello Sunday team.
