★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give this place 0 stars! - sub par KFC and shocking service. If you were the young girl working the drive through on Sunday 29/05 you need a major tune up and attitude check.
No manners what so ever - if you don’t like your job leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC (Northmall) by miles. Chicken is chewy and the batter is soggy. Soft drinks are weak, chips flavourless. Burgers messy. But can’t seem to order from other ones

There's one brown big lady who doesn't smile at all and she doesn't refer to customers as individuals, she looked at my boyfriend while asking for his vaccine pass and says "and hers??" Really rudely, then gives us the wrong drink and when we tell her she complains and goes aw two sprite ? learn customer service northmall kfc ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love how half these reviews are about the service, waiting to long, no seasoning, or chicken isn’t fresh. Why don’t use try working in kfc and dealing with all the rude customers. Exactly use dont instead use are sitting on here complaining about not enough salt? Bruh I don’t see anyone saying this to the employees faces. Instead use wanna come on here and be a keyboard warrior. Swear people are just impatient and inconsiderate. Stop complaining go put your own salt on your chips if it’s not enough. Go cook your own chicken it ain’t easy. Godamn y’all give me a headache I stg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today as I travel i have found the fast foods really lacking in service and quality. The staff here were unhelpful and being honest abrupt close to rude!! The chips had no salt (one of the main reasons you go to KFC!!), and the burger had next to no mayo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC due to the share volume of sales, always constantly has fresh chicken, you may have a little wait but you won't regret it, and it goes without saying that you always check your order before leaving. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given the wrong order. It appeared correct before we left the drive thru. However, I made the choice to submit an online complaint and just deal with it on there. I have been trying since 21 Nov 2021 to get a refund on a faulty order. I requested aid from KFC help desk 4 separate times pertaining to this issue. I have provided all the information they asked of me. On 2 Dec I was told I would receive my refund via Northmall (place I ordered my faulty KFC) and to wait 2-5 days. I did that and nothing happened. I called Northmall store on 21 Dec 2021 and asked for the "manager". I told the "manager" my issue and he said "you will have to wait for the stores MANAGER to come in at 3pm". So not only did they LIE but they keep lying to me! An entire MONTH of me going through the proper channels of support and I'm met with this below par practise. Disappointed and annoyed. If you want the right food order? Go somewhere else. I'm sick of following up reparations for someone else's error that I HAD TO PAY FOR. I hope the actual store manager sees this so I can get my refund that I requested for, TWICE, via direct email to the stores email.
