★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there was a very good crowd, cleaniness was maintained. The toilets was clean. The life guards was there. Parking was in and out. There should be more eating places on the beach, there was just one. It's food was good.

So beautiful and great for all families and Dog walkers. Public toilets are clean! And they have an outdoor shower to wash off sand.
Great family day out.
Remember to always wear a hat and sunscreen. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Beautiful venue and views. Very nice service (even given we had a turnaround time to be out as it's popular for bookings). Food was outstanding and little things like real (spicy) coldslaw with the ribs and proper salad with fish and chips (not just a few carrots and lettuce). (Pulled) Brisket burger was tasty.Food comparative to priced other Orewa restaurants but worth it. And they let our granddaughter come in with her own take away chips no fuss or bother. Very enjoyable all round.
