★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to go to this shop as they have a good variety and quality of products. But last Thursday my husband, 2 years old daughter and I went to this shop and one of the old lady staff was rude with my 2 years old daughter. My daughter loves pistachios and she saw them in the shop and picked up couple of them, I tried to stop her but she started crying then I said ok just 2 not more than that but the lady was rude she said I will charge what she picked up as your daughter's was stealing the pistachios. I said I am more than happy to pay and I paid her but she was not stealing as I was with her and she asked me for it. I was shocked how 2 years intentionally steal anything, kids are so innocent and how come they know they are stealing something and that makes me and husband very disappointed. Whenever we visit to the shop we spend more than $50 and at the end you receive such kind of customer service. Even when you go to Supermarket, veggie shops they always have free fruits or something for kids. Be careful to go to their shop they can blame on anyone.

Making people stand outside, ostracising and descriminating people. Never ever ever can I support this business or ever shop here again. Hope the business flops and these owners get a feel for living outside of thier privilege.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 years of being a loyal customer, being exempt from wearing a mask, I still gave the shop owner her due respect by wearing a mask even though legally I am not required to.
I forgot the mask one day, and asked if they can spare me one, she reprimanded me, asked me "cover your nose properly, dont forget it next time, and do not to come back you are not happy".
Unbelievable that this is how a shop owner can treat a customer who spent thousands support their business over the years. Never going back again, nor would I recommend anyone to commit to buying from there.
The owner needs to understand that loyalty goes both ways.

The staff are wonderful and have often made great efforts to obtain hard-to-obtain products when these are required. I would rate this organic shop with many of the best in California.
