I've been a customer of the old Wild Earth Organic shop for over 5 years now.
We were very sad about the old store closing and more than happy about opening Simply Organic operating with the same staff. In Tauranga you'll not find another shop with friendlier and so helpful staff.
It's an amazing shop with organic products, dry foods, a lot of variety and fresh organic vegetables and fruits at a good price. Nice atmosphere and good vibes always included!
I can't imagine Neel's rating being true, especially since he afterwards writes so positive from wild herbs. Neels, just think about it! Do you really need working like that? We like to be in wild herbs too, if we need help from naturopath. And the staff is friendly too. But now we will think about it........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a rather not nice experience a week ago and did leave a rather harsh review. Probably wasn't very fair to the shop and staff involved.
Critics are harsh and sorry to be blatantly honest. Having things right the first time always is important.
Owner was very nice trying to explain to us the situation which I trust is now sorted so that nobody else will have the same experience as us. We will definitely come back and shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy shopping at this store and perfect selections for my needs, especially the good organic soy beans are difficult to find, and the prices are reasonable to compare. Using the brown papaer bags are great to recycle in my compost bin, but sometime in the Biogradable and compostable plastic bags by EDEN Edo Products, are they home compostable? I think it needs commercial composting system to breakdown and can not recycle in the soft plastic recycling bin ( at some major supermarket in NZ) then it has to go to the landfill? Is there any chance to use certified home compostable plastic bags so that we can compost at home ? This single use plastic is very concerning problems around community,, Hoping you good company give shoppers the good new ideas ! Thank you
