★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love, love OMT! I have been going to see Flo since the beginning because of her amazing ability to put you into a deep state of relaxation while fixing any problem areas. After an injury I developed frozen shoulder and with a combination of cupping and massage Flo has eased my pain and range of movement immensely. I highly recommend booking in with Flo and Pawel, you will not be disappointed.

Knowledge of what was needed from the therapy I received from Pawel was 5 Star, when first met I was struggling to start at the European touch Champs to getting me through the the whole tournament without missing a beat, and being a big part of why we won the final. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used massage therapy quite a lot both for relaxation and to help with recovery and rehabilitation for sport. I also have a physical job so have found it useful both for general body conditioning and to help relieve aches, pains and strains.
I had struggled to find a replacement therapist after my previous one relocated his business north to Paraparaumu but it was he that recommended I try Pawel at Origin Manual Therapy and I can honestly say that Pawel is one of the best massage practitioners I’ve ever come across.
Not only is he technically good and very knowledgeable in terms of anatomy and physiology but as an avid sportsman himself, he understands and works really hard to get your body back up to speed as soon as possible; combining multiple techniques to work on specific areas of your body or simply to ease body tension.
He is passionate about his work and I know he has and continues to work with high performance athletes including the All Blacks when they are in town, but is also just as comfortable helping me out with a stiff shoulder and sore back.
On top of all of this, he’s genuinely a nice guy who cares about his clients well-being and an hour long massage session with him is like a mini holiday. I always come out feeling refreshed and re-energized and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone whether they are looking for a massage just to relax, or have a specific complaint that needs sorting – you won’t find anyone better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As well as being highly skilled at massage and completely passionate about what they do, Pawel and Flo are friendly, positive and good listeners. What sets them apart from many other practitioners is their ability to put their clients at ease along with their patience and curiosity. I trust them both and value their advice and practical experience. Pawel is a trail runner and climber like me so he understands what I am putting my body through and how to help me get the best out of it and keep injuries to a minimum. As well as an appointment based service Origin Manual Therepy offers customised service for sports teams and a mobile service where they come to you! For example, Pawel offers massage services at trail running events in the Wellington region including the Xterra series and the WUU2K.

She takes the time to understand the history and needs of her clients, and then makes it her mission to help them as best as she can with the knowledge she is continuously gaining and developing. For me in particular she has helped me recover from major sporting injuries (and as a consequence, surgery) and also to keep me in good health as I stare at computers and books all day.
I trust no one else now but Flo to massage me.
The studio is in a convenient location, clean, private and relaxing.

A truly awesome experience; it was relaxing yet I still felt like my pain points were targeted and relieved. Flo listens and understands before treating. The BEST part (for a nerd like me) is that she explains why and what she is doing. I totally recommend Origin Manual Therapy, and will definitely be a repeat client (when I can!).

Flo was careful not to go too deep with the event the following day, but still managed to ensure that my tight spots were released. I left there feeling super relaxed and ready to compete. I highly recommend Flo.
