β β β β β They always missing items from your order or give you the wrong item. When you tell them they missed an item they go "uh" with the face. They don't even apologize.
Oh and guess what? Today they did both. They missed an item and gave me the wrong item. Bravo to their professionalism!

β β β β β Always missing items when it comes to uber eats! Tonight was the worst!!! Ordered 9 combos only received cold chips and drinks not one burger!!!
When you try to call them the phone goes straight to voice-mail and says their inbox is full so no message can be left! Contacted uber driver who confirmed he constantly gets complaints about missing items delivered from McDonald's Ormiston.
The manager of this store needs to sort this issue out its been going on for far too long!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β Staff are always too busy gossiping to notice customers wanting to order at the counter. In my case the ordering machines had a glitch and I need to pay at the counter. I was standing there for 5 minutes before someone bothered to stop talking and serve me. One of them actually looked me dead in the eye and continued to avoid coming to the counter.
This time the manager started yelling at the staff in the kitchen. Granted they were slacking and gossiping like schoolgirls but overall each trip to this McDonald's has been unpleasant.

β β β β β Haven't had good experiences here twice got told to park in disabled car park and my order never came after 20 min while other cars were getting theirs. Uber eats takes 1 hour plus. Tried to order inside and still rubbish standing there for 30 min. Absolute s**t show of a McDonald's

β β β β β Usually fine but on my uber eats order today I recieved a cockroach sitting ontop of my drink, crawling around as I pulled it out of the bag. Felt absolutely sick and had to throw the whole bag out as I couldnt be sure it was the only one. Really not comfortable ordering from here or any other mcdonalds again in all honesty.

β β β β β I was at Ormiston drive through half hour ago, I ordered a chicken almighty and halfway through my burger I realised it wasnt chicken, even though the box says chicken. I ordered nuggets as well which was overcooked. Tried to call but you get an answering service and the voicemail is full so not helpful at all
