★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely upset. Bought a box of cherries however the quality turns out to be rubbish after we opened the box arriving home, totally different from what was advertised by the seller. Got in touch to resolve the issue but the seller went out of mind and refused to offer any solutions. I was fully shocked by the aggressive attitude. Think twice before you shop here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Very disrepectful way to talk to customer. Misleading of information online made me did not pay the shipping fee. But clarification of the any information on your own shop website is the shop's responsiblity. Instead of using a nice way to remind me of that I might choose the wrong option for the shipping method, the shop accused me an dishonest person. And thanks for that, I feel like I paid for getting insult. Used the online shopping here, first time and the last time.
Not recommended if you wanna be treated in a respectful way in your life.
Apology accepted, and I have paid off my shipping fee to you. But I wont change my review since I truely had a terrible experience of customer service here.Hope you will have some improvements of customer service soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I could find that sold the particular brand of Kimchi that I love. Many different kinds of Asian food, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc. Shipping is fast, overnight generally which is important for chilled foods as I live in Auckland, and customer service is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an item from there store through a direct bank transfer to the manager. The item was imported from China and was not even been delivered to NZ yet. Within three hours, I told the manager I don’t want the item and request a refund, either money or coupon will do. But the manager told me I cannot ask for a return and I cannot get my money back. And now he starts to ignore my messages.
This wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience in this store. The female owner of the shop was even ruder.
This store was famous for their bad attitudes!!! Ask anyone you know. And if you ever leave a unfavorable comment, they will urge you to change to five-star.
I don’t recommend go to this store unless you want to get crossed. You will find other Asian stores like Yan’s or oriental pantry etc. very nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly great place to buy Asian products. I love their frozen and snack zones since they provide a wide selections of goods. Especially when you are a VIP you can enjoy much cheaper price comparing with other Asian groceries. We will come back often when needed. Bravo!
