★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some Tuvar Dal on Sat ( 27/11/2021) , came home and noticed that some of the grains had holes and had a dead black bug. Took it back today ( 3/12). The sales assistant wasn’t helpful at all. No smile and and insist that I am the only customer who has complained. I am very disappointed with the attitude but it is not her fault . That’s how they are trained to respond I also noticed that their product is of very poor quality lately and the prices has be hiked compare to Auckland. Pull your socks up or I will walk away. We need competition in Wellington. It’s over due Harish Patel Wellington . I give them minus 5 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are scammers, the girl at the checkout counter charged me for the wrong items not just one but 3 items out of the 10 items I had bought. She was rude and non apologetic. Looks like an on going thing, people be aware to check your receipt, dont trust these bunch of liars!

I had very Bad experience today. I hope the manager and the management will focus more on customer service. If they want the loyal customers keep shopping and happy

My husband and I found their vegetables not very good quality even though they had cheap prices tagged. It's a small place to shop but if you are interested in buying spices, I would recommend this shop. Otherwise, mornibg market is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Indian shop on wellington, with worst customer experience with the manager and owner.i had brought back a bad juice drink.i asked for a replacement.they refused and sang the same tune that i was the only one who complained.They do not agree with nz consumer guarantees act. They will not replace any product even if it is not good for consumption. Be careful before you buy.They told they will only take back products that are expired or not opened. How would I know if juice is bad before I even opened it. For 4 dollars they will fight you. Wish someone else opened an Indian shop so I would not have to go here.
