β β β β β The produce section was great today with beautiful fresh vegetables. Prices weren't too bad. I don't normally go there but was very crowded today.

β β β β β They should either put more copies of signs restricting the purchase of cooking oils to 1 per customer per day onto other oil shelves rather than just one location and assume all customers will remember the message. Or make a gigantic sign across all shelves with cooking oil. Then be surprised at the checkout counter. I took a bottle of olive oil and a jug of canola oil. Both I need. For different purposes. The be bloody rule suggest that I leave one of the bottles and come back another day to buy the other kind of oil. Ridiculous! So, I had to do a workaround to purchase the other oil I need. This is an example of an idiotic policy.

β β β β β Whatever complaints or processes your staff have for potential thieves should be discussed among staff behind closed doors, rather than in front of customers at self checkout. If I were the theif, I'd now know what days and times to come in to avoid being profiled, as staff had discussed this openly among customers. And the staff at self checkout should pick up his trash after bricking a whole wheelie-bin.
