Was told "doors close at 12 so please arrive before that"
Drove fast, arrived at 11:50 and doors were already closed for lunch.
Told to "wait until the afternoon", by someone through the window.

They are about over 70s but they amazing they can still work in the office it is a good lesson to our young generation in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had spoken to the manager. Rude, unprofessional, and low to nothing mannerisms. Tried explaining what my situation was and was shut down in a way where I was being told off. The tone this 'manager' had used was almost like "Oh here we go. Another young dumbass trying to get their way." . If you ask me this 'manager' has either just generalised me into the category of being young and dumb or has just stereotyped me due to the area this CAB is based. Very disgusted and untrusting. The review is only getting one star because this 'manager' had only provided one piece of useful information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today to get some documents attested. 12 to 1.16 pm. As they said they will open again after lunch 1.p.m.but I wasted more then one hour standing outside no one open the door after lunch hopeless people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't know how to talk to their clients with courtesy. They sound rude and stren while talking ; I've used CAB services in other locations but the staff in this location need to improve the way they talk to visitors.
