β β β β β The staff members are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable; and they love to talk and chat. However, they don't have detailed or in depth knowledge and only for general issue. Although, they will advise you where to go to find it. This is also the best place to find a Justice of the Peace (JP) to certify the copies of your documents.

β β β β β Poor service, wrong culture, aweful attutudes. Please remember, you have duties and responsibilities to look after the citizens, this is why you are employed. You are not hired to authorize those poor people who seek help from you. Power comes with duty if care. Please Keep this in mind.

β β β β β Awesome and friendly staff is what I have experienced here. Always going an extra mile to help out. Ideal for all the people heading here for seeking assistance of some form or the other!
They have Justices of Peace available for relevant endorsements etc. Full services to start beginning February. Currently the bureau shuts a little early on account of the new year!
They have scanning & printing facilities for the public.
Printing is at 20 cents/page while scanning your documents and sending a soft copy to your email is free of cost!
Must add, CAB will Not be averse to receiving 'Koha', if you can afford to do your bit! They are there for helping and can do with any form of help, including volunteering!

β β β β β The jp pramod was very kind and helpful however one of the staff was just walked into the jp office and said that there is que and ordered the jp to hurry up,I felt it was a breach of privacy as I was discussing something about my documents with the jp.This particular staff was very rude as I was only there for less than 5 minutes and when I stepped out of the office there were only two people waiting.

β β β β β The volunteers and JP were very patient and understanding signing covid 19 info and barcodes and address details were available.
Customer service was commendable in mannerisms and speaking to versatile cultures.
When I need a JP they go out of there way to give the best advice.
Place is organised and has a friendly atmosphere with plenty of available pamphlets of additional information for all.
Well done CAB team in St Lukes.
