β β β β β When you call CAB Mt Roskill, there is a man called "Andrew" who lifts the phone. He has no idea how to speak over the phone, gives wrong information and hangs up on the phone while you are talking. He argues and disrupts in half sentence.
This person should never be able to communicate in this country, I strongly believe even the intense communication skills course would not improve his communication skills to 1%.
He should never be allowed to work at the front line, hope CAB realises.
Any one can try calling and speaking to this man can understand the sheer frustration. To get correct information from this man is like squeezing oil from mud (if he is polite enough to complete your sentence).

β β β β β I have seen two different persons in regard to my residency visa application, one made me wast so much time for something I didn't even need (this is why I am no giving them 5 stars)! But the other man I saw afterwards was very helpful and willing to do over time to help me(on a Saturday. .)! Also we waiting time was ok.

β β β β β Normally need to wait in the queue, but good things take time. People at CAB always try to help you, but often their advice is web search based and time consuming and a lot of time you already know what they advise, but still great service.

β β β β β I had a tough struggle cancelling a contract with my local gym so I decided to seek legal advice through CAB. I don't remember the lawyer's name, but he was incredibly helpful with looking through my contract and giving me advice for my next steps. After the meeting, I managed to cancel my contract successfully with my gym, knowing my consumer rights fully. So huge thank you to this free legal service and his time to volunteer. Really appreciate it.
