★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice down-home atmosphere. The owner was extremely friendly and pleasant like most Kiwis! Our room was very cozy and clean. It had a full kitchen and was outfitted very well. Definitely a great place to rest for a couple of wary packpackers! Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience!!! We enjoyed visiting with Gaynor, she is lovely and sweet! The room was well equipped and comfortable. Nice little kitchenette, good internet, and quiet! This is a great motel to stay for a break while traveling. We would definitely return!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staying! Really clean,quiet and warm room. The lovely lady received us with big smile and 2 amazing homemade fresh muffins! They have a small kitchen with everything that you need. Great location.Close to restaurants and bars.

Really confused as to why someone with such an apparent hate for people works in a customer facing occupation, nor why she thought speaking to us the way in which did was in any way acceptable - given we were double booked and it was no fault of our own I think a reconsideration of behaviour is probably necessary.

Easy 1 to 2 minutes walk to the Pub ,cafes 4 Square mini mart or petrol station.
Parking right outside the door.
4 rooms available.
Gaynor and Derrel are awesome hosts, friendly and helpful.
