★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. This company manages security and maintenance of the building I live in. Recently a theif gained access to our carpark and broke into my car, stealing valuable items. The company took a very long time to get me the CCTV footage, 11 days to be exact. I had to chase the company daily always being told, tomorrow, tomorrow and being given various excuses from corrupt data to Covid. This is all ok by me as these things do happen, however things took a turn south when 5 days after the event I simply asked to be updated if they could not meet their commitments to deliver the footage so I am not sitting around waiting and not knowing wha was going on. It was then that the employee of the company spoke to me in an incredibly rude tone, and then hung up on me. When I requested an apology for this behaviour I was told that I would not be getting one and that the employee acted appropriately. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone, their failure to deliver the cctv footage in a timely manner has lost all chance of finding the theif and my lost equipment, and to be treated like they a doing me a favour be conducting the task in the first place while suffering the loss of dear items and experiencing the violation of my security I would not wish upon anyone. If you employ this company this is what you can expect for yourselves and your tennants. I am happy to upload the call audio to show I did not engage in a heated exchange, at this stage I am waiting for the company to send it to me. But now they are refusing to send me the audio.
