Kinbou at B&T - very proactive agent, very helpful and knows his craft well. Kinbou helped us to identify what was holding our property back, and worked with us and some trades to get the property ready very quickly, and in a very short time we were able to get on the market. Kinbou worked hard to get us some great offers in a turbulent market, and had really good communication letting us know what was happening in the open homes, and in the wider market. I do think that he was instrumental in achieving a good result.

Exceeded Expectations! Andre exceeded expectations. Not only is he a great agent, but also a very genuine person. He took the time to guide us through the process as first time home "sellers", and answered all our questions. He was a calming presence when we got nerves. Andre worked relentlessly hard on the listing, putting in long hours with great work ethic. He also treated the Alert Level 3 viewings with compliance and safety in mind. With Andre's efforts and commitment we were rewarded for our decision to appoint him. We got a better than exceptional sale price. Our 6 year old was a fan also!

Having communicated with Aimee Julian last year regarding a property she tenanted, I was rather disappointed in her ability to keep a landlords property safe. As the neighbour of the tenanted house, I can confirm she leased the property to gang affiliated members, with frequent drug use on the property. She seemingly ignored concerns from neighbors and I can't help but think she was working more for the tenant that the landlord. Luckily, the property was placed on the market which resolved the issue, but I would certainly not be trusting this agency with your rental, which is a shame because I've purchased via Barfoot before, but won't be selling via them again. How their tenants profiles managed to get passed Barfoots criminal record and reference checks is astounding considering how blatant the drug use, parties and motorbike skids were.
