★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is incredible - their work was faultless from our first enquiry to the end of the job. There were multiple collection and delivery points and the timing was spot on. Our things were so well loaded that absolutely nothing was damaged - not even a scratch and this was from our furniture to our art. And they were lovely people. They will always be our go to company for any job we have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mid October 2021, in the depths of Auckland's lockdown, I found myself in a difficult position when trying to fulfill my pre-lockdown plan to migrate to Switzerland. My world suddenly got a lot more complicated. With days to go before my departure, my travel revealed she'd made a mistake with my Business Class baggage weight allocation. I suddenly had to find an alternate way to send my stuff.
The fantastic couple who run this freight business came to the rescue and I'm very grateful. Firstly, I thought seafreight would be cheapest but they showed me, in my circumstance, airfreight would be cheaper AND faster. Secondly, I had to make a judgement call to trust them and leave my stuff with them to 'pack and send' on to me as I had a plane to catch. They came through for me big time. What a relief. "Danke schon", as they say in Switzerland.
Their service was top shelf.
They showed me how to get great value for money.
They were very professional and trustworthy.
They were very responsive to my urgent needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I figured they would know about international shipping. They didn't tell me about 4000nzd worth of fees DHL demanded when I received the shipment on the other end, or they send the shipment right back. That doesn't even include the 1800nzd to ship. It was to do with import tax.
I didn't moan at them, but thought pack and send might reply to me..... NO REPLY, no acknowledgement, they had my money and just dead silence.
It's what we pay you for, to take the hassle out of shipping around the world. These are the things we need warning about.

Communication is smooth with them ever so helpful, that’s why I always go back to them. Keep it up! you guys are awesome!

Mike was amazing, I was so stressed about find a courier company who could returned my Instachill to the TV Shop, I tried a couple of companies with no luck even getting someone on the phone on a Saturday morning was impossible and their website are not user friendly, I just wanted to talk to a person. I found one company who would do it but it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and they only offered an urgent 3hr service, which I didn't need. THEN .... I found Pack & Send, their web site is super easy to navigate, they give you options and a number of Depots I could drop my item at, one of which was Mike at the Avondale site. One ph call (from a stressed me by this stage) and just like that Mike gave me the reassurance that it was not a problem, it could be done easy as and even better it was not going to cost me the earth. So in not even a minute on the ph I had my solution and my stress went away. It was super easy, no mucking around, I got to talk to an actual person, Mike, who is fantastic to deal with. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I came away a satisfied customer with more money in my pocket. I also got some interesting info about the TV Shop and what to watch out for when dealing with any items that need to be returned to them. I recommend using the Avondale Pack & Send, 100% best service ever !!! Great people to deal. If I could give 100+ stars as a review I would !!! I am going to tell everyone about this great company and customer focused service you will receive.

First experience was during the last week until Xmas, the only company that ensured me that my package would make it to Palmerston in time for my son. And it arrived exactly when they advised. 2nd experience very much the same if not better. Super helpful, their experience and professionalism shine well over other companies. I absolutely trust the advice and arrival times they advise me of. Will only use this company now, as other fail to cm close to their services?
