★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even want to give 1 star. Terrible drivers who don’t know how to use a map!
Have had this service a couple of times for my parcels - dread it everytime.
First time they delivered to the wrong address, on the website tracking they said that my parcel could not be delivered due to a business closure - my flat is above the said closed business! How dumb can one be! Use google maps next time.
Second time was yesterday. I was home and awake from 6:30am. Was tracking my parcel constantly as it said it would arrive that day, fast forward to 7:30am I check the tracking again and it said my parcel could not be delivered. I did not hear any knock! Useless & disappointing.
Both of these time plus numerous other times I have had to drive and pick up my parcel - what is the point of a courier driver if they can’t even do their job. Waste of time.
They avoid contact at all cost as I never hear a knock on my door even though I am home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business has never been anygood. However under new management it has gotten worst. Freights always delayed,more that 3 days, pick up times are incredibly awkward and to suit them not their customers. More often than none freight arrives damaged. Aramex is the worst courier company in general but dunedins outfit has taken it to new levels. Avoid at all osts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely won't recommend this Cromwell Depot to anyone. Zero communication from management. No phone calls were answered, no emails were replied. One star goes to their Currier who try to fins my parcel for hour and half! Unfortunately I wasn't there alone with same experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apparently my parcel was delivered and signed for and yet i received absolutely nothing, no one came to our door that day and all of us were at home. upon trying to ring, quite literally eighteen times, not once was the phone picked up and my email has gone ignored for days. literally the worst service i have ever received and now i have to deal with a missing parcel. you guys should be ashamed. can’t use the excuse that my home is hard to get to because it’s in the easiest location possible. this is practically theft. don’t ever get things delivered from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tend to avoid businesses that use Aramex as their courier of choice. Dunedin office is hopeless and good luck trying to get through on the phone - nobody ever answers! Customer service and people skills are clearly lacking and some training wouldn't go amiss. The driver from Metro Couriers is the only person keeping you afloat, I hope they know their worth. Judging by most reviews of the Dunedin depot it would probably be decent of the CEO to take a good look at how this depot is being managed, if you can call it that!

What sort of business are they trying to run........Who wants to wait for them to answer a website inquiry? Don't even bother with the Dunedin branch, in future if I buy something online and see them using Aramex as a courier will be asking for a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just appalling ,I have been waiting 6 weeks for my package to be delivered .It is impossible to communicate in any form as to where the package is .Just keep getting automated messages and replies .Please!! do not use Aramex it is a Nightmare especially if you have sent items of value .What are they doing with all these undelivered Packages????????? they can't keep blaming the pandemic.

Posted a big box of flowers from Dunedin to Auckland with Fastway Couriers a couple of weeks before Christmas. I was nervous as most parcels and packages were not making it to Auckland during that period due to the congestion, but Bali the depot manager assured me that it will be there in a week's time and that is exactly what happened
