★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there are not many places in the world where you can watch orcas for an hour from the beach, forever in my mind, so needed to take this road north of colville, best part of coromandel for people who love to stay away from the crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed over night with another family..enjoyed the peace and quiet especially with no internet or reception on the premises..
Had a afternoon dip in the freshwater creek no more than 20 steps from the front door.
All the facilities for plenty of people to stay "marae styles".
Plenty of outdoor parking and room for camping.
Decking wrapped around building for all day sun lounging.
Kitchen and dining suitable for extended family.
Beach mins away with fishing around the rocks
Can't wait to stay there again...
