Only minus was that unit was not ready when we arrived. We had been asked time of arrival so
Thought it would be okay. Not a major drawback but would have been if we had small children
Travelling with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wifi as advertised no hairdryer or cable t.v only Freeview which is satellite not cable, only 2 towels so 1 each per person, no hand soap, shower head was to low for a tall person( as I'm 6ft4) it came to mu shoulders!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time we arrived at 12pm ,the management were wonderful. We booked a Studio and family unit for the night. Cheaper than anything else around and perfect,comfortable and warm for our Whanau. Nothing flash, but we loved it there. Definitely booked in if we pass through Paeroa again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and friendly staff. Way too many cockroaches though. The insect spray left for us in our room wasn't really enough. Poor lighting exacerbated by a blown lightbulb.
