★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the customer of this store for 23 years. Went to do my shopping today and had some bad experience with the customer service. Because I was very dissatisfied with the outcome I end up calling their main customer service and let them know about my shopping experience. Very disappointed with Westfield Riccarton Paknsave.

It is always stacked with specials
It has a fresh fish section and a great dairy and deli section. They have a warm lunch options for takeaway excellent prices
The supermarket is well spread out and roomy so you never feel squeezed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately no minus rating option available so even they provided the most horrible service/experience I have ever had so far still got a star rating...Rediculous! When found out they mismatched the products and price tag, I requested to return the product and get refund as I don't need this it's misleading customers and it is so wrong. But the so call check out supervisor insisted no refund as nothing wrong with the produce. Yes the product doesn't do anything wrong but your team didn't do their job properly at the first place is not right. This arrogant supervisor makes no apology for misleading and makes his own rule in this case to only allow exchange. All I can feel is just being trapped by misleading and now being forced to purchase something. Then when i grabbed the items and walking back to the service desk, he pretented to not see me and walked away to return a single brasket. Well that brasket is so important and customers can wait. Thanks for your disgusting service and poor management to allow themself misleading, forcing and ignoring customers ?? sure this contributes to your daily excess profits. Will never ever go there again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shop for doing groceries. Has everything usually found in a Pak 'n Save, follows and looks like the old layout. Staff, especially at checkouts, were super friendly and very accomodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expansive place. Lots of goodies. Good selection though some items weren't readily available. Gives out savings especially in the fruit and vegetable department but I see some prices are creeping up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very open and bright so you can see exactly what your looking for and if your unable to find it one of the excellent staff is always happy to help the prices are ideal most days and then there's the added bonus of meat week sometimes frugal Fridays where you never know what's going to be in your pantry.........have fun ?
