★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took back an item that was absolute rubbish - it was pillow protectors that I couldn't even remove from the packaging without it all falling to pieces - it seemed to made from tissue paper. The 'managers' refused to give me a refund. They said they would ring someone that understood English better. Turned out they rang security. How ridiculous! Finally got my refund. These people need to learn NZ consumer law, if they want to trade in NZ - faulty products have to be either replaced, repaired or refunded!
