★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier just assumed we were paying by eftpos when in fact we wanted to pay with cash, she just walked away. Another cashier came to the till, I proceeded to tell her we wanted to pay with cash, she too, walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $19.50 for French Toast, which took 30 minutes to arrive, on what seemed to be a quiet day - half the tables were empty and there weren't that many people coming and going. I'm pretty sure the wait was due to them going to the supermarket to buy a loaf of white bread so they could make my meal. My brother had a burger and fries - the fries were clearly reheated and the burger was luke warm. Given that the ladies working are most likely on minimum wage, and the food was made with cheap ingredients, the meals were well over priced and extremely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working in Riccarton, name is Brane I don't know how to spell it, she is best , it was closing time, but she did make a strawberry shake for me ,. So sweet ❤️. Thank you Brane. You all guys do great Job?☺️. I am pregnant, I can't drink anything. But my baby in my tummy ,☺️likes the coffee club 's Drinks. ☺️ I drink every day strawberry shake. Thank you guys i appreciate . Thank you Brane .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Asian lady (maybe the owner, wearing a black shirt) needs to learn more about services. While we were taking orders, she kept asking whether we wanted to have something (bacon, avo, etc) with our meals and without telling us these costs extra. I felt like she is so tricky and force selling.
There is one more time when we visited on Friday (before 8.15 pm) and we were told that the café already closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience overall. Delicious all day breakfast and nachos with beef. Excellently presented. A little scant on meat but very nice. The restaurant is set in an open kiosk like area. The Philippino lady who served us is so sweet.

The girl behind the counter was friendly and polite and the coffee was ok but there were to many tables in a very small space and they weren't being cleared let alone cleaned. I ordered a cream cheese and bacon bagel and the bagel I recieved had one piece of bacon, some very wilted greens and about 1/4 tsp of cream cheese on the bottom bagel so very disappointing.
